REAL LEANESS

"If you have a goal to be healthy or lean, focus on the healthy foods you are ADDING to your way of eating.  Focus on ADDING exercise.  Focus on ADDING more drinking water.  Focus on ADDING soul activities.  Focus on ADDING more nature into your life.  Focus on ADDING new projects and hobbies that support a healthy lifestyle.

When you are focusing on ADDING healthy things to your life, the not-so-healthy foods, activities and behaviors will be eventually be squeezed out.  You won't miss them as much and may not even notice they've disappeared!"

REAL AFFIRMATIONS

"New Yr's Resolutions not yet kicked off?  Need motivation?  Write any kind of affirmation of what you'd like to accomplish.  "I am healthy. I am lean. I am successful.  I am value. I am __________."  Write your affirmation 10 times every day for 1 month and see what happens... You'll probably see changes before 1 month!  It only takes 2 minutes to write it. (I actually timed it!)...

Saying afffirmations is helpful....but WRITING affirmations is also powerful.  When you write an affirmation, it is reinforced 3 times!  You write it, think it, and see it!

SAY the affirmation while driving to work.  WRITE the affirmation 1st thing in the morning when you wake up and then again right before you go to sleep.  Your mind is in an alpha state when awaking from sleep and right before you go to sleep!  It is absorbed into your mind so much more at those times of the day!

Make sure the affirmation is POSITIVE!  i.e. "I am lean." (instead of "I am not fat.")
Your brain hears the word "lean" or the word "fat."  Whatever you write or say, your brain reinforces it, making it more and more true each time you think, say or write an affirmation.  Make it a 100% positive statement.

Remember...it only takes 2 minutes in the a.m. and 2 minutes in the p.m.!

That's not that much time, to create what you would like to have or be in life!
