KickSTRONG!
(Increase cardio, strength, balance, & self-defense moves)

This class gives you 30 min of calorie-burning, kickboxing cardio, self-defense moves, and 30 min of strength training!

Dance Warrior
(Cardio, strength training, & fun!)

Some workouts are just too serious!  Lighten up with Dance Warrior!  This class combines both easy flowing dance moves alternating with strength training exercises.  Dance Warrior injects cardio and fun into your strength workout!




Real Serenity
