REAL HOLIDAY EATING:
Eating a protein (turkey) with a starchy carb (stuffing, potatoes, pie, bread/rolls) can lead to fatigue, poor digestion, sluggishness, weight gain and low energy. :(
Eating a protein (turkey) with only veggies (green beans, salads, etc.) will lead to proper digestion, weight loss and higher energy levels. :)
(if you have to have the starchy carbs, eat them with only veggies, skip the turkey and you'll feel better than when you mix a starch and a protein!)
